Expected Conduct

• Maintain professional and respectful interactions with all community members
• Use course materials solely for personal learning and development
• Provide accurate information during registration and maintain account security
• Report any violations of these terms or suspicious activity to our team

Account Creation and Eligibility

To access certain features and enroll in courses, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if younger
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service availability. However, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free access to our platform. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Technical difficulties or infrastructure issues

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to our platform (such as assignments, discussion posts, or feedback), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe on the rights of third parties and that you have all necessary permissions to share such content.

Trademarks and Brand Assets

ProductHub name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of ProductHub. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent. Other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on our platform belong to their respective owners.

Copyright Infringement Reporting

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement. Course Fees and Payment

Course fees are displayed inese Yen and must be paid in full before accessing course materials unless alternative payment arrangements have been made. Prices are subject to change for future enrollments but will be honored for current enrollments.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific course and circumstances. Generally, refund requests made within the first seven days of enrollment may be considered. Refunds are not available after significant course content has been accessed or if the course has been completed. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
